The Loop will accept products returned with the original packaging, original tags attached, and in unused condition for an exchange or store credit when accompanied by the original purchase confirmation email. Otherwise, all sales are considered a final sale. Any discounted item is considered final sale.
The Loop will not be responsible for any returns that are lost, damaged or sent to the wrong address. Please note there will be a fee for returns sent to the wrong address, which will be reflected in your store credit.
The Loop reserves the right to refuse returned products that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way . All original tags must still be attached with our attaching system . Your return will be deemed ineligible for a exchange or credit if we do not receive the item back to our store within the 30 day window. (timing is from moment money has been exchanged) If the product is deemed unacceptable , it can be returned to the customer at the customers expense.
If a product arrives damaged or defective , please e-mail us within 5 business days of the date of delivery to request a replacement item. Please include a brief description about what is damaged/defective along with an image of the item. The Loop will access the item to determine if it is a manufacturing defect .
ISSUING YOUR STORE CREDIT
To request an exchange or store credit. please e-mail us within 5 days of receiving the order with your reasoning. Once approved , you will receive an email with return instructions.
All credits will be kept on file and discussed with you personally (per email or phone) with one of our customer service representatives on how to use it.
Once your credit has been issued there is no expiry date. It will be on file for your future use.
